This petition is filed to extent the time for a further period of six months to complete the investigation and file the final report as per the direction given by this Court by its order dated 30.08.2022 made in Crl.O.P.No.20366 of 2022.

2.Considering the nature of the case, grounds and also the fact that this Court already granted three months time for completion of investigation and filing final report, this Court grants only two months time for completion of investigation and filing final report.
