ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3 rd respondent police to consider and pass orders based on the representation of the petitioner dated 24.04.2024 in accordance with law.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that there is a pathway dispute between petitioner and his cobrother for which, they have lodged complaints against each other. While so, the petitioner has given representation to the 3 rd respondent to refer for RDO enquiry and since there was no action, the present petition has been filed before this Court.

4. A perusal of record shows that the dispute is civil in nature. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. 2/4

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed.

6. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
