ORDER

By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the SR stage itself.

2.It is the contention of the petitioner that his juniors were promoted and he was not given any promotion, thereby he had sent a representation to the respondents dated 19.05.2025. Contending that his representation has not been considered by the respondents and he has not been promoted, the petitioner has come up with the above petition. 3.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner was appointed as a Junior Assistant in the year 1988 on compassionate grounds and that his appointment was regularised in the year 1996 with effect from 1993. He was permitted to retire on 30.06.2024.

4.In view of the above fact, this Court without going into the merits 2/4

of the case, directs the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 19.05.2025, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from today. 5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
