ORDER

This petition has been filed challenging the FIR registered in Crime No.194 of 2022, pending on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and that the final report is ready to be filed. 3.In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the FIR at this stage and there shall be a direction to the respondent police to file the final report before the concerned jurisdictional Court within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 3/4
