ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to issue of patta in favour of the petitioner by considering the representation made by the petitioner on 30.07.2025 to the respondents. 2.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

4.The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the representation of the petitioner dated 30.07.2025 has not been considered by the respondents so far.

5.This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondents to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.07.2025 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be done by the respondents within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
