The writ petition has been filed forbearing the respondents, their men, agents and subordinates from anyway interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property situated at S.No.122/1, Thathankuppam Village, Korattur, Ambattur, Tiruvallur District measuring an extent of 0968 sq.mtr.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he is the owner of the property in S.No.122/2 situated at Thathankuppam Village, Korattur, Ambattur, but the second respondent, who is the adjacent land owner, attempted to trespass into the petitioner's property. Hence, the petitioner filed the present writ petition for the above said prayer.

3. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Addl. Government Pleader submitted that if the petitioner possess the title, the possession will not be disturbed without due process of law by the respondents.

4. Recording the above submission made by the learned Addl. Govt. Pleader, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
