Vs M.AZHAGUMUTHU [ RESPONDENT ] S/O LATE THIRU.V.MURUGAIYAN DOOR NO.2/225, NORTH STREET, KILLUKUKDI, THEVUR VIA, KEELVELUR TALUK, NAGAI DISTRICT 611 109 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order to withdraw the HMOP.NO.93 of 2019 on the file of Subordinate Court, Nagapattinam and transfer the same to the First Additional Family Court, Chennai [IN TR.CMP.No.941 of 2019]. ORDER: This Petition coming on for Extension of time on Twenty Fourth day of November Two Thousand Twenty One and perusing the earlier order dated 03.01.2020 and letter dated 12.11.2021 vide D.No.3123/2021 from the First Additional Principal Judge, Family court, Chennai, this court made the following order: This matter is listed today under the caption 'For extension of time'.
2. This Court, while disposing of the above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, directed the learned First Additional Family Judge, to conclude the trial within thirty working days. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. The I Additional Principal Judge, Chennai, in her letter dated 12.11.2021, has requested this Court to grant further time to dispose of the case in O.P.No.1089 of 2020.
4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the letter, the time granted by this Court for disposal of case in O.P.No.1089 of 2020, is extended by a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
