2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and Mr.Ambedkumar, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat on behalf of the sole respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 51 days in filing the above appeal in S.A.SR.No.142050 of 2023 is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise, in order and print the name of Mr.Ambedkumar, learned counsel for the sole respondent when the matter is listed for admission.
