ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order dated 18.08.2022 passed by this Court in W.P. No.34075 of 2019.

2. The learned Additional Advocate General, assisted by Mr.E. Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. To substantiate the same, the Proceedings dated 27.04.2023 was also placed before this Court. A copy of the same was also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
