This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to pass final orders on the petitioner's representations dated 06.10.2022 and 08.11.2022 seeking for disbursement of her retirement benefits i.e., Gratuity, Commutation, Pension Arrears, Special Grade Salary, Earned Leave Salary, Pay Commission Arrears etc. to the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2.Since the aforementioned representations have not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. According to the petitioner, she retired from service on 31.03.2021. But till date her retirement benefits as stated supra has not been paid. 3.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent 2/4
to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representations dated 06.10.2022 and 08.11.2022 seeking for disbursements of her retirement benefits i.e. Gratuity, Commutation, Pension Arrears, Special Grade Salary, Earned Leave Salary, Pay Commission Arrears etc., within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
