This Criminal Original Petition is filed to set aside the docket order made in C.C.No.115 of 2013, dated 11.10.2019 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Thiruvallur.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case registered based on a private complaint given by the respondent in C.C.No.115 of 2013 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Thiruvallur has been disposed of on 17.03.2022, acquitting the petitioner/accused.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent also agreed the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
