ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representations dated 06.10.2022 and 19.10.2022 seeking for 1/4

disbursement of his retirement benefits i.e., Gratuity, Commutation, Special Grade Salary, Earned Leave Salary, Pay Commission Arrears etc. to the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.Since the aforementioned representations have not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. According to the petitioner, he retired from service on 30.06.2021. But till date his retirement benefits as stated supra has not been paid. 3.No prejudice would be caused to the respondent if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representations dated 06.10.2022 and 19.10.2022 seeking for disbursements of her retirement benefits i.e. Gratuity, Commutation, Special Grade Salary, Earned Leave Salary, Pay Commission Arrears etc., within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this 2/4

order.

5.With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
