in W.P.No.33310 of 2022 M.SUNDAR, J Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ['WMP'] has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of original impugned proceedings made by the third respondent being 'proceedings dated 12.07.2022 bearing Reference Number:ZA3307220431019' [hereinafter 'impugned order' for the sake of convenience and clarity].

Adverting to support affidavit, more particularly paragraph 9 thereat, Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel representing the counsel on record for writ petitioner submits that the impugned order was uploaded in the official portal and therefore, only a soft copy is available with the writ petitioner-assessee. Be that as it may, the same has been downloaded, a printout has been generated and a hard copy has been placed before this Court.

3. In the days to come, in cases where only soft copies are uploaded in the portals, the option of dispensing with the dispense with WMP has to be 1/4

explored.

4. Be that as it may, with the above observations which will be considered and amplified in ensuing matters in the days to come, captioned WMP, which has been made with a innocuous but imperative prayer [imperative as of today] is ordered as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
