O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 5 and 6 to restore the petitioner's Electricity Service Connection No.200081910924495 at Re-Survey No.78, Varattanapalli Village and Post, Bargur Taluk, Krishnagiri District forthwith.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the sixth respondent deliberately disconnected the Electricity Service Connection of the petitioner on 18.10.2024 and when the petitioner enquired about the same with the office of the sixth respondent, no proper reply was given. Therefore, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition with the aforesaid prayer.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if this Court permits the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the respondents and on receipt of the same, the respondents may be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.5 and 6 has no serious objection for such an order being passed by this

Court.

5. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, permits the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the respondents and on receipt of the same, the respondents are directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
