..Respondent(s) Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 herein to implement the Bharat Series (BH-series) introduced by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways as per the notification bearing No.G.S.R.594 (E), dated 26.08.2021 and register the petitioner's vehicle under the said BH registration.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 herein to implement the "Bharat Series (BH-series)" introduced by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways as per the notification bearing No.G.S.R.594(E), dated 26.08.2021 and register the petitioner's vehicle under the said BH registration.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer in this writ petition has already been granted to the petitioner. However, he sought permission of this Court to make a representation before the respondents in regard to re-fund.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, in respect of re-fund, the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation before the respondents, who in turn directed to consider the same, in accordance with law. No costs.
