ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned order of the 1st respondent dated 15.03.2017 passed in I.A. No. 62/2016 in I.D.No.14/2015 and quash the above Award.

2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 27.07.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 03.03.2023. Today, the case is called, none represented on behalf of the petitioner.
