This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed "7.(b) the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30a.m., till the charge sheet is filed and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation." in Crl.O.P.No.9872 of 2023 dated 04.10.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the concerned jurisdictional Court.
