This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to disburse the amount of Rs.1,70,000/- sanctioned for the purpose of constructing the house under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Scheme.

2. Heard and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the case of the petitioner and pass

appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
