The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that he had taken efforts to secure instructions from the petitioner to get along with the case. Despite the fact that he sent a letter through Registered Post, there is no response from the petitioner and accordingly, the learned counsel for the petitioner reported 'No instructions'.
