O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to set aside the order dated 09.10.2019 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Bhavani in Crl.M.P.No.2822 of 2019 in S.T.C.No.446 of 2019.

2. I do not find any infirmity in the order of the Trial Court rejecting the petitioner's application under Section 311 Cr.P.C, since PW1 was elaborately cross examined earlier by the petitioner and that the averments in the petition filed under Section 311 itself indicates that the petitioner intends to fill up the lacuna. Hence, the present Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
