Today, these Writ petitions are listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of Mr.K.H. Ravi Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is a typographical error in para Nos.2,4 and 5 wherein instead of 23.04.2019 it is wrongly mentioned as 10.04.2019 . Therefore, request is made to make necessary corrections in the said order and for reissue of the order copy.

3. In view of the above in para Nos.2,4 and 5 wherein 10.04.2019 is mentioned, the same is changed as 23.04.2019. 3.All other observations in the order dated 15.11.2019 made in W.P.Nos.32194,32196,32197,32200 of 2019 shall remain intact. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections and re-issue copy of the order.

By consent, these writ petitions are taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The case of the petitioner school is that the petitioner School appointed different non teaching staff in the petitioner school after obtaining permission from the competent authority. In W.P.No.32194 of 2019, on the permission granted on 17.07.2018, appointment for the post of Record Clerk was made on 27.09.2018. In W.P.No.32196 of 2019, on the permission granted on 17.07.2018, appointment for the post of Lab Assistant was made on 27.09.2018. In W.P.No.32197 of 2019, on the permission granted on 29.08.2018, appointment for the post of Watchman was made on 03.11.2018. In W.P.No.32200 of 2019, on the permission granted on 29.08.2018, appointment for the post of Scavenger was made on 03.11.2018. In respect of the said appointments, proposals were submitted to the second respondent through the third respondent on 29.10.2018, 17.12.2018 and 10.04.2019, but till date the same have not been considered. Hence, the petitioner School has filed the

present petitions.

3.Heard both sides.

4.Mr.K.H.Ravikumar, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner School submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the proposals dated 29.10.2018, 17.12.2018 and 10.04.2019 and pass orders, within a stipulated time fixed by this Court. 5.Though the petitioner School has sought for a larger relief, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the proposals dated 29.10.2018, 17.12.2018 and 10.04.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, these writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
