O.P.No.841 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

This Original Petition has been filed taking advantage of Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 seeking Succession Certificate with respect to the securities in the name of S.Rajagopalan, who died intestate died on 17.09.2012. The details of the securities had been given in the schedule to the petition.

2.The 1st petitioner is his wife and the 2nd petitioner is his son. Necessary formalities have been complied with. Paper Publication has been effected.

3. The 1st petitioner was examined as P.W.1 through Video Conferencing and marked as Exs.P1 to P6. Deposition sent through mail to remote site, obtained signature, certified by the Commissioner and resent through mail.

4. After completion of the recording of evidence by the learned Master, this matter is posted today.

5. After following due procedure, the petitioners were invited to tender evidence. Accordingly, the 1st petitioner examined herself as PW-1 and she marked Exs.P1 to P6. Ex.P1 is the certificate under Section 65B of the RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

nvi Indian Evidence Act, 1872. Ex.P2 is the computer generated death certificate of Mrs.S.Rajagopalan. Ex.P3 is the photocopy of the legal heir ship certificate of Mr.S.Rajagopalan. Ex.P4 is the original letter dated 31.08.2023. Ex.P5 is the downloaded copy of the present share value. Ex.P6 is the copy of the paper publication effected in one issue of Tamil Daily "Makkal Kural" dated 16.02.2024.
