ORDER
This petition is filed by the petitioners challenging the order dated 20.12.2024 made in C.A.No.08 of 2023 on the file of the District and Sessions Judge, Tirupattur District, confirmed the conviction and order of the compensation imposed on the petitioner by the Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Ambur dated 01.12.2022 in STC.No.220 of 2020. 2.Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. 3.The respondent appeared in Court today and submitted that he has received the entire amount as per the memorandum of compromise arrived at between the parties. The memorandum of compromise dated 04.09.2025 is recorded and the above memorandum of compromise shall form part of this order.
4.In view of the above, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of in terms of the memorandum of compromise. It is made clear that the accused in this case are acquitted.
