Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 3.9.2024 and issue the FMB sketch for the property bearing plot Nos.278 and 279 admeasuring a total extent of 4800 sq.ft (comprised in new Sy. No.1/1A1A22 as per Patta No.2417) in "The Sozhinganallur Cooperative Mahanagar Annex-I" comprised in Survey Nos.1/1A, 1/1B, 1/1C, 1/1E and 1/1F, Thazhambur Village, Vandalur 1/7

Taluk, Chengalepet District.

O R D E R

The petitioner states that she is the absolute owner of the property comprised in vacant land bearing Plot Nos.278 and 279, measuring an extent of 4800 sq.ft in "The Sozhinganallur Cooperative Mahanagar Annex-I" comprised in Survey Nos.1/1A, 1/1B, 1/1C, 1/1E and 1/1F, Thazhambur Village, Vandalur Taluk, Chengalepet District now bearing New Sy.No.1/1A122 in Thazhambur Village as per Patta No.2417.

2. The petitioner submits that she has purchased the property under a registered sale deed dated 08.02.2006. Since the petitioner 2/7

was the absolute owner of the property, patta had been issued in her name. She had made a representation on 03.09.2024 seeking a separate FMB sketch with reference to the subject property as comprised in Patta No.2417.

3. Though the representation has been made on 03.09.2024, the respondent has not taken up the said application for consideration. Therefore, the petitioner has come forward with the Writ Petition for mandamus.

4. Heard the learned counsels on the either side and perused the records.

5. Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner which is on the basis of the sale deed in her favour, mandamus is issued to the respondent to issue separate FMB sketch with reference to the petitioner's property as set out in Patta No.2417. The said exercise 3/7

shall be completed within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. The Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
