Respondent Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the respondent in Na.Ka.No.25294/2001/K.8 dated 12.07.2001, quash the same and consequently, direct the respondent to refund a sum of Rs.1,60,000/- being the cost of 12000 litres of white kerosene forfeited and the sum of Rs.5000/- being the fine imposed on the second petitioner in respect of vehicle bearing No.TN 58 1275 as per the impugned order of the respondent in Na.Ka.N.25294/2001/K.8 dated 12.07.2001 with interest at 24% per annum.
