O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to implement the order passed by the District Registrar, Cheyyar Registration District dated 25.04.2022 by registering the case and to take action in accordance with law within a reasonable time as this Court may deem fit.

2.This Court on 20.12.2022, ordered issuance of notice to respondents 3, 4 and 5. When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that First Information Report in Crime No.13 of 2022 for the offence under Section 417 and 420 I.P.C. was registered by DCB, Tiruvannamalai against one M.Kumaresan and twelve others. 3.This petition was filed seeking direction for taking action in accordance with law by implementing the order passed by the District Registrar, Cheyyar dated 25.04.2022 by registering the case. With the registration of the First Information Report in Crime No.13 of 2022, the 2/4

respondent Police complied with the prayer made in this Writ Petition. Therefore, there is nothing survives in this petition. 4.In this view of the matter, this Writ Petition is dismissed as not necessary. No costs.
