This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.21111 of 2024 dated 04.09.2024, by this Court to report before Siva Kanchi Police Station everyday until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21111 of 2024 dated 04.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before Siva Kanchi Police Station on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
