PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for an issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to dispose of the online application for transfer of patta in their names, submitted by the petitioners (Application No.2025/ 0103/ 35/428229 dated 06.04.2025) within a limited time frame.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondents to dispose of the online application for transfer of patta in their names, submitted by the petitioners (Application No.2025/ 0103/ 35/428229 dated 06.04.2025) within a limited time frame. 2.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that though the petitioners made an online application on 06.04.2025, for transfer of patta in rd respondent.
their favour, till date the same has not been considered by the 3 rd respondent to consider and dispose of Hence, he prayed to direct the 3 petitioners' application dated 06.04.2025.
4.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the application of the petitioners dated 06.04.2025 will be considered and disposed of within four weeks. 5.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 6.Considering the submission made by both the parties and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the 3 rd respondent to consider the application of the petitioners dated 06.04.2025 and dispose of the same on merits and in
accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7.With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
