The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall stay at Cuddalore and report before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23940 of 2024, dated 27.09.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
