This petition has been filed to implead the Superintendent of Prison, Puzhal Prison - II, Chennai as the second respondent in Crl.O.P.No.29957 of 2022.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) did not have any serious objection for allowing this petition.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence the petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the Criminal Original Petition No.29957 of 2022 and list the matter next week.
