ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed in the order dated 07.08.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2290 of 2025.

2. The perusal of the anticipatory bail order dated 07.08.2025 passed by the Court below, indicates that the petitioner along with the other accused who is none other than her husband, was involved in the financial fraud to the tune of Rs.50,00,000/- and the Court below taking note of the fact that the petitioner and other accuses committed fraud to the tune of Rs.50,00,000/-, while granting the anticipatory bail to the petitioner, directed her to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/0 by way of demand draft as one of the conditions. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the said condition is onerous in nature and the petitioner is unable to mobilize the money due to her 2/4

poverty.

3. This Court finds that the sum and substance of the case registered against the petitioner and her husband is on the allegation of cheating to a tune of Rs.50,00,000/-. Therefore, the condition imposed by the Court below to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- cannot be considered as a onerous condition.
