PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents herein to take necessary action against Menaka, Tamilmani, Srinivasan, the Inspector of Police, Mr.Paulose Harur ( now working at Pappiredipatti) and Sub Registrar, Bhuvaneswari Harur based on the complaint dated 07.02.2019 in accordance with law to secure the ends of justice. This petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to take necessary action against Menaka, Tamilmani, Srinivasan, the Inspector of Police, Mr.Paulose Harur ( now working at Pappiredipatti) and Sub Registrar, Bhuvaneswari Harur based on the complaint dated 07.02.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents Police.

3. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout her remedy as per the direction given the Hon'ble Division Bench.
