The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police weekly once on every Monday at 10.30 a.m.

until further orders passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.

19697 of in Crl.O.P.No.19604 of 2023, dated 19.12.2023.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
