2. The Administrators of the Adhoc Board of Nagore Dargah Shareef are the petitioners. According to them, they have been appointed as Adhoc Administrators as per the order of a Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.1640 of 2016. The grievance of the petitioner is that after appointment of Adhoc Board of Administrators, the erstwhile Managing Trustee had manged to obtain a collusive decree with the remaining occupants, who were

the tenants and had already handed over the possession of the tenanted premises. Challenging the Award passed by the Lok Adalat, revisions have been filed. Since the petitioners were not parties to the suits, they have come up with these applications seeking to accept the cause title.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to order these petitions. These petitions are ordered accordingly.
