2. The allegation against the petitioner is that he was found in possession of 40 kgs of ganja intended for sale. Hence, the present case.

3. When the matter was called, the petitioner was not able to establish any grounds showing change of circumstances, nor has he satisfied the requirements under Section 37 of the NDPS Act.
