Crl.M.P.No.19016 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.19016 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.27840 of 2022 T.V.THAMILSELVI.J., This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 21.11.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.27840 of 2022 that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties (out of which one surety should be a blood related surety) each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned 18th Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court enlarged the petitioner on bail on a condition that he shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties (out of which one surety should be a blood related surety) each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned 18th Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai. However, the petitioner has now come before this Court for modification of the condition since he was unable to execute the bond for the said sum as imposed by this Court.

In view of the above submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27840 of 2022 dated 21.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned 18th Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai.
