This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall stay at Ramanathapuram and report before the Ramanathapuram Town Police Station, daily twice at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.26413 of 2022 order dated 04.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and also appear all the trial Court hearings without fail.
