This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21699 of 2024 on 06.09.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the said condition even for a single day.

4.Since the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed by this Court even for a single day, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
