This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16687 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.23851 of 2022 dated 08.11.2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., till filing of final report.
