The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to include the petitioner name in the promotion panel for the year 2019-20 i.e., as on 01.10.2018 for the post of Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Co-operative Department without reference to the FIR No.45 of 2019 dated 28.01.2019.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the Court after the FIR is quashed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
