Heard Mr.P.Ulaganathan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, who submitted that the nomenclature of "Chennai Port Trust" has been changed as "Chennai Port Authority" after the notification of the Government of India under the Major Ports Authority Act, 2021. 3.

Mr.B.Singaravelu, learned counsel, who takes notice for the respondent, submitted that he has no objection in ordering this petition. 4.
