JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) This writ appeal has been directed against the impugned order dated 26.08.2022 passed in Writ Petition No.22016 of 2022.

2. As the learned single Judge has directed the appellant to workout his remedy in the manner known to law by filing a civil suit, in view of the fact that there has been a huge delay, we do not find any infirmity in the

impugned order. Therefore, the writ appeal stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
