Prayer Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent culminating in the impugned proceedings in Na.Ka.no.3577/U/2025 dated 28.07.2025 quash the same and consequently, to direct the 6th respondent to take appropriate action on the complaint dated 23.09.2024 given by the petitioners against the respondents 2 to 5 in accordance with law.

2. In view of the endorsement so made, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition in W.M.P.No.39870 of 2025 is ordered and W.M.P.No.39871 of 2025 is closed.
