The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every English Calendar Month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6113 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.4719 of 2024, dated 05.04.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
