ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the 1st respondent police to provide police protection to the petitioner's life based on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.10.2019 to the 1st respondent police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint received from the petitioner, the first respondent police had issued C.S.R No.435 of 2019. Thereafter, the first respondent police conducted enquiry and found that there was a civil dispute between the petitioner and the counter party in CSR No.435 of 219 and the same was closed on 12.05.2019.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
