This application has been filed by the applicants/plaintiffs to condone the delay of 19 days in representing the application Dairy No.99258 of 2024 in the above suit.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents/defendants has no objection in allowing this application.

3. In view of no objection given by other side and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the delay is condoned and accordingly, this application is allowed.
