PRAYER in Contempt Petition DR.No.101887/2023 : Petition filed under section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondents for having committed grave and willful contempt and gross disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.4594 of 2022 dated 31.03.2022 under the provisions of Contempt of Courts Act 1971. COMMON O R D E R The Sub Application is filed to accept the cause title by impleading the respondents 1 and 3 in Contempt Petition. The Contempt Petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.4594 of 2022 dated 31.03.2022.

2. Since the proposed respondents are not parties in the Writ Petition, they cannot be impleaded as respondents in the contempt petition. Hence, Sub Application No.3 of 2024 is rejected. Consequently, Contempt Petition in DR.No.101887 of 2023 is also rejected. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. 19.01.2024 pvs 3 / 4
