C.M.P.No.2164 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.137945 of 2022 N.MALA,J, This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 230 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Mrs.N.B.Sureka, the learned counsel appears for R2 and R3. Though notice served to the first respondent, none appears before this Court. 3.I have gone through the affidavit in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, therefore, the delay of 230 days is condoned and the petition is accordingly ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

5.Registry is further directed to print the name of respondent Nos.2 and 3 at the time of admission.
