C.M.P.No.25466 of 2023 is filed to condone the delay of 461 days in filing the application seeking to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole appellant in the above appeal. 2 C.M.P.No.25468 of 2023 is filed to bring on record the petitioners 1 to 4 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant and record them as appellants 2 to 5 in the above appeal.

3. C.M.P.No. 25471 of 2023 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole appellant in the above appeal.

4. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions to condone the delay, bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant and to set aside the abatement order.

5. Accordingly, the petitions are ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the amendment and post the matter under the same caption on 28.11.2023.
