This Civil Revision Petition is filed to strike off the complaint dated May 24, 2023 in D.V.C.No.19 of 2023 pending on the file of Additional Mahila Court, Alandur.

2. Mr.J.Sudhakaran, learned counsel for the revision petitioner and Mr.B.Thirunavukkarasu, learned counsel for respondent are before this Court.

3. Learned counsel for the revision petitioner has submitted that in D.V.C.No.19 of 2023 Trial commenced before the Trial Court. Hence, he seeks permission to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition, with liberty to raise all grounds in the Trial Court. To that effect he has made an endorsement in the case file. 2. In view of the said endorsement, C.R.P.No.4203 of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
